After buying a pair of Allbirds shoes, customers were invited to meet their shoes. Customers who bought wool runners were introduced to the sheep from which their merino wool was sourced. Customers who brought tree runners were introduced to the eucalyptus tree that contributed it’s leaves to make their kicks.

It was built around a randomized linear structure, where the user is posed questions but can’t really control where the conversation goes. The idea is to make Allbirds consumers aware of the unique and environmentally friendly source of their footwear.
